通过办公自动化系统的建设,可以有效的规范企业的工作流程和员工的工作行为.因此,开发出一套完整的办公自动化系统是企业信息化建设的迫切需求.通过对办公自动化系统中的项目管理模块设计,将办公自动化技术与项目管理新兴管理模式有效的结合起来,将有效的提升企业的管理效率.
Through the construction of OAS,the workflow of enterprises and work behavior of staff can be effectively normalized.So,the development of a whole set system for OA is a must for enterprise's information construction.Through project management module design in OAS,office automation technology and the new management model will be effectively combined,which will effectively upgrade management efficiency of enterprises.
