摘要
办公自动化系统可以极大地提高工作效率,提升科研院所竞争力,其应用已经成为林业现代化的重要标志之一。作者针对湖北省林科院办公信息化建设滞后的现状,以统一的标准,采用Intranet规范和体系结构,利用Lotus Notes R8群件系统为软件平台,结合Domino Workflow强大的工作流引擎,设计了一套先进的C/S、B/S并行的办公自动化系统。该系统具有现代林业特色、满足湖北省林科院日常办公及科研业务的需求,旨在为全省林业行业信息化建设提供一个参考模型。
OA system can greatly improve working efficiency,enhance the competitiveness of scientific research institutions,which become an important symbol of modern forestry for its application.Base on current situation of lagging behind of informationization construction in Hubei Academy of Forestry,the unified standard,norms and system architecture of Intranet is adopted,Lotus Notes R8 groupware system as software platform,is used combined with Domino Workflow powerful workflow engine,designed a sets of advanced C/S,B/S parallel of office automation systems.The system has the characteristics of modern forestry and meet the routine office and research needs of Hubei Academy of Forestry,Its purpose to provide a reference model for the Hubei provincial informationization construction of forestry trade.
