摘要
采用有限元和计算机仿真相结合的方法,从系统的角度出发,建立了封隔器系统线性及非线性接触有限元分析模型和仿真模型。在此基础上,利用模块化编程的思想开发了封隔器工作行为仿真分析软件,利用这种软件可对不同工况下封隔器零件的工作行为进行仿真分析。以Y341—148型封隔器为例,采用分析软件对封隔器零件应力和位移等参数进行仿真分析,经验证,仿真计算的封隔器各零件应力等参数变化规律与实测结果基本相同,符合仿真计算精度要求。
By means of finite element analysis (FEA) and computer simulation, the linear and non-linear contact FEA model and simulation model for packer system are built. Then a simulation analysis software for packer working action is developed through modularized programming, which can be used to make simulation analysis of the components of the packer under various working conditions. By taking Model Y341-148 packer as an example, the stress and displacement of the packer components are simulated with the analysis software. The variation law of the parameters resulted from the simulation is verified to be the same as the results measured, and it satisfies the requirement of accuracy of simulation calculation.
