摘要
目的:研究复方麝香滴眼液的抗炎与抗菌作用。方法:采用琼脂诱发小鼠足趾肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿模型,观察复方麝香滴眼液对急慢性炎症的影响;采用试管倍比稀释法观察复方麝香滴眼液对眼科常见致病菌的抗菌活性。结果:复方麝香滴眼液大、中剂量能够明显减轻小鼠足肿胀,与空白对照组相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);复方麝香滴眼液大剂量对大鼠肉芽肿的增生有抑制作用,与空白对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);复方麝香滴眼液对眼科常见大部分革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌均有一定的抗菌作用。结论:复方麝香滴眼液对急性炎症有明显抗炎作用和一定的抗菌作用。
Objective：To study the anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects of compound Musk eye drops.Methods：The models of swelling caused by agar in rat metatarsal and by cotton ball granulation in mouse were respectively adopted to observe the acute and chronic anti-inflammatory effects of compound Musk eye drops.Tube doubling dilution method was also adopted to investigate the vitro antibacterial activity of compound Musk eye drops on clinic ophthalmic inflammation induced by common pathogenic bacteria.Results：Both large and middle doses of compound Musk eye drops significantly mitigated rat metatarsal swelling caused by agar,with remarkable difference from the blank group（P0.05 or P0.01）.Only the large doses of compound Musk eye drops inhibited the swelling caused by cotton ball granulation,with statistical difference from the blank group（P0.05,P0.01）.Compound Musk eye drops proved to have certain degree of antibacterial effect against both common gram positive and gram negative bacterium.Conclusion：Compound Musk eye drops has evident anti-inflammatory effects and some anti-bacterial effects.
