摘要
为了解鸡胚肥大细胞（MC）发育与鸡胚发育的关系,用组织化学方法,对不同日龄鸡胚肺脏中MC的形态分布和数量变化进行了研究。结果表明,鸡胚肺脏中MC发生于15日龄,零星分布在三级支气管黏膜固有层、16~21日龄鸡胚肺脏中MC分布在三级支气管间结缔组织、呼吸性毛细管、肺房、血管周围,呈圆形、椭圆形和不规则形,并且MC数量和胚胎发育呈正相关。
The morphology and distribution and quantity change of mast cells （MC） in different days old chicken embryo＇s lungs were studied by Alcian blue staining method to know the relationship between the development of MC and chicken embryo. The result showed that MC in chicken embryo＇s lung were found on 15 days old,distributed in the tertiary bronchial tube mucous membrane lamina propria; while on 16-21 days, MC were found in the tertiary bronchial tube mucous membrane epidermis, the breath capillary vessel, the lung room, the perivascular fragmentarily, assumed as the circular, ellipse and anomalous shade, and the correlation between Quantity and the embryonic development was positive.
