摘要
用改良甲苯胺蓝染色法研究了蟾蜍幼体、成体和牛蛙成体皮肤肥大细胞的形态、数量及分布特点,并用阿尔辛蓝-番红(AB-S)染色法,对肥大细胞进行了组化分型.结果表明,蟾蜍幼体、成体和牛蛙成体皮肤肥大细胞主要分布在真皮层中,少量分布在表皮层中,蟾蜍皮肤肥大细胞数量及脱颗粒数均极显著地高于幼体和牛蛙成体(P<0.01);蟾蜍幼体、成体和牛蛙成体皮肤肥大细胞均为黏膜肥大细胞,是参与构成皮肤黏膜免疫的第一道屏障.
The modified toludine blue staining (MTB) methods were employed to investigate the morphology, quantity and distributive pattern of mast cells in skin of larva and adult bufonidae and adult bullfrog, and alcian blue-safranin O (AB-S) methods were employed to investigate identification of mast cells histochemically. The results showed that the quantity of mast cells and degradation in the adult bufonidae were higher than the larva bufonidae and adult bullfrog significantly (P〈0. 01). Mast cells can be found in the cutis vera and cutex mainly. All of mast ceils in larva ,adult bufonidae and adult bullfrog were proved to be the mucosal mast cell (MMC), which contributed to be first defense in skin mucosal immunity.
