摘要
首次对酸模属乌苏里酸模 Ｒｕｍｅｘ ｓｔｅｎｏｐｈｙｌｌｕｓ、直穗酸模 Ｒ． ｄｏｍｅｓｔｉｃｕｓ、毛脉酸模 Ｒ．ｇｍｅｌｉｎｉ、长刺酸模Ｒ. ｍａｒｉｔｉｍｕｓ、洋铁酸模Ｒ．ｐａｔｉｅｎｔｉａ、皱叶酸模Ｒ．ｃｒｉｓｐｕｓ、单瘤皱叶酸模Ｒ．ｃｒｉｓｐｕｓ ｖａｒ． ｕｎｉｃａｌｌｏｓｕｓ及酸模 Ｒ. ａｃｅｔｏｓａ的根进行显微鉴定研究。结果表明： ８种酸模属植物根的显微特征存在一定差异，为比较、分析、鉴定酸模类生药提供了依据。
The roots of eight plants of Rumex genus (Polygonaceae), namely Rumex stenophyllus, R. domesticus, R. crispus, R. crispus var. Unicallosus and R. gmelini, R. maritimus, R. patientia, R. acetosa were identified by microscopic examination for the first time. The results indicated that their microscopic differences may provide a basis for the differentiation of these drugs.
