摘要
目的制定酸模药材质量标准,为该药材规范使用及植物资源开发提供科学依据。方法生药学研究,灰分测定法,水分测定法,薄层色谱法及HPLC色谱法。结果对酸模药材的性状、显微特征进行了描述;对11个不同产地的酸模的总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和水分进行了测定;同时进行了薄层定性鉴别和HPLC色谱的定量研究。结论通过研究制定了酸模药材的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish quality standard of Rumex acetosa L.,thus to to provide a scientific basis for the use of herbs and the development of plant resource.Methods Pharmacognosy research,ash determining method,moisture determination method,thin layer chromatography and HPLC chromatography were carried out.Results Macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of Rumex acetosa L.were described.We measured the total ash,acid insoluble ash and moisture of Rumex acetosa L.from 11 different places,and also performed the thin-layer chromatography qualitative identification and the HPLC quantitative research.Conclusion The quality control standard of Rumex acetosa L.has been developed.
