摘要
通过回顾总结上海卫生适宜技术工作经验,认为上海具备进一步发展卫生适宜技术的良好基础和条件,上海卫生科技"四位一体,联动发展"的管理模式促进了适宜技术的产生、转化与发展;通过对问题的分析,提出以发展社区卫生适宜技术为重点,重视转化性研究,创新体制、机制,建立转化平台等发展思路。建议政府出台长效保障性支持政策,设立专项基金,开展全程管理,加强推广技术培训及居民健康教育等。
The experience in appropriate health technology of Shanghai is summarized.Shanghai has a good basis for the further development of appropriate health technology.Shanghai health technology management model promotes the generation,transfer and development of appropriate health technology.Some recommendations and develop countermeasures are proposed.
