摘要
目的对第二轮"十年百项计划"上海项目在本地社区的推广进行调研,总结经验教训并提出建议,为未来上海适宜技术推广助力。方法以入选卫生部第二轮"十年百项计划"的上海项目(共5个)作为调查对象,采用关键知情人访谈法进行调查,访谈内容包括该适宜技术目前在上海社区的推广成效、推广中取得的有益经验、存在的问题与建议等。结果 "十年百项计划"上海项目在本地社区的推广效果参差不齐,有待进一步加强。结论适宜技术在社区推广需要多方面的支持。
Objective To investigate the popularization conditions in performance of Shanghai feasible items in the second round of ＂ the Plan of One Hundred Achievements in Ten Years＂, to summarize the experience and lessons in Shanghai communities, and to improve the popularization of feasible techniques for the future in Shanghai. Methods Key informant interview was conducted, taking the 5 Sahnghai items as the subjects, about the effect of popularization, favorable experience obtained, exiting problems and suggestions. Results The Shanghai feasible items＇ popularization effect was uneven. It is necessary to further improved. Conclusion The feasible techniques＇ popularization in communities needs more support in many aspects.
