摘要
采用文献资料、比较研究等方法,对日本和韩国体育教师培养机构、课程设置、任用程序与考试制度进行比较研究,辨析两国培养与任用制度的特点与优势,以期在世界教育发展与改革的大背景下,为我国体育教师培养与任用制度的深化改革与完善提供借鉴和参考。
Using literature study and comparative research , the paper compares the training institutions, curriculum, appointment procedures and examination system in Japan and South Korea and analyzes the features and advantages of training and appointment systems of the two countries. In the background of education development and reform in the world, the paper is to provide reference for Chinas reform and improvement of the P.E. teacher cultivating system.
