摘要
通过文献资料、专家访谈、比较研究等方法,对美国、日本等国体育教师教育特色、教育目标、专业与课程设置、教学计划、学习评价及职后教育的特点进行分析,辨析其优势,为我国体育教师教育决策提供借鉴,并为我国体育教师培养模式定位提供建议。
This article analyzes the features, the goals, the state of specialties and courses, the teaching plans,learning evaluations and characteristics of after-service education for P.E. teacher＇s training in America,Japan and China in order to provide references for Chinese P.E. teachers＇ training mode.
