摘要
探讨了我国体育师资创立及其发展的历史过程,指出了现行体育教师培养体制中存在着培养模式的封闭性、科学设置的过度专业性以及体育师范教育终结性等弊病。通过分析,提出了如下应对策略:1.优化现行体育师资教育模式;2.建立体育教师教育一体化模式;3.推进教师教育信息化;4.确立教师专业化的教职观。
In this paper , the author reviews the history of development of our system of PE teacher cultivation o After summing up the disappoints, the author points out that self- enclosed, paying more intention to sports technology teaching, and termination of being educated are the three problem existed in this cultivation system , the author also puts forward some advice to deal with these in our practice .
