摘要
内燃机示功图一直是研究与分析内燃机工作状况与技术状态最有效的手段之一.传统的测量示功图的方法是直接安装传感器于气缸内.气缸内高压、高温气体对传感器的破坏作用较大,因而传感器无法长期使用.文中充分考虑了柴油机缸盖系统的非线性特性,提出基于神经网络进行气缸压力间接测量的新方法,取得了精度较高的测量效果.
One of the most effective ways of analyzing the work and mechanical conditions of an internal combustion engine is to utilize the cylinder pressure curve. Traditional way of measuring pressure is to install a pressure sensor in the cylinder. Thesensor is easy to be damaged in high pressure and high temperature, there fore it cannot work for a long time. Non-linear features of cylinder heads were taken consideration in this paper and a new method of indirect measuring cylinder pressure was presented. The results show that this method is of good repeatabiligy and of good resolution to measuring cylinder pressure.
