摘要
为了保证叠层板状结构在流致振动时的强度、刚度、稳定性及可靠度,需要测量和分析叠层板状结构在流场中的固有振动特性。由于结构元件各单板之间的距离很小,常规的测试方法不能测出该结构的真实动态特性参数,提出一种电磁法测试技术。测试结果表明:叠层板状元件的固有频率随着流速的增大而下降;其流致振动是一种随机振动过程,并具有复模态特性;电磁法具有较高的可靠性和精度,对流致振动测试具有较好的实用性。
A parallel-plate assembly consists of many thin plates stacked in parallel,between the palates there are narrow channels to let coolant flow through.To secure the intensity,rigidity,stability and reliability of the parallel-plate assembly,the natural vibration characteristic is measured and analyzed in flow field,which is important for the design and safe operation of new type fuel element in nuclear reactors.A new electromagnetic method for measuring flow-induced vibration in small space is introduced.The sensor is of small size,light weight and easy fixation.Experimental results show that the natural frequencies decrease as the flow velocity increases;flow-induced vibration is of complex-modal characteristics;the electromagnetic method has high reliability and precision,and it is suitable and effective for the measurement on flow-induced vibration.
