摘要
本文应用实验模态分析法对柴油机气缸盖的模态特性进行了研究,识别出气缸盖振动的各阶模态参数,从而建立了气缸盖振动的数学模型——模态模型。利用气缸盖的动态特性不仅可以对柴油机进行状态监测和故障诊断,而且还可以计算柴油机缸内气体压力。本文还对Ibrahim时域识别方法的使用范围加以拓宽,从而方便使用。
This paper makes a study of the modal characteristics of the cylinder covers of diesel engines by using the method of experimental modal analysis, As a result, this paper identifies the modal parameters of different orders of vibration of cylinder covers, so that a mathematical model -modal model of vibration of cylinder covers is made, The dynamic characteristics of the cylinder covers can be used not only to carry out condition-monitoring and fault diagnosis of diesel engines, but also to calculate gas pressure in the cylinders of diesel engines. Resides, this paper extends the use of Ibrahim method of time domain so that this method can be applied widely.
