摘要
目的 观察小鼠舌体内淋巴管的细微解剖分布,获取淋巴管分布的组织计量学参数。方法 通过5′核苷酸酶碱性磷酸酶双重组化染色法分别显示和区分毛细淋巴管和毛细血管,利用半自动体视学形态定理方法对淋巴管的面数密度,平均开放面积及平均管径进行统计分析。结果 小鼠舌体组织内仅有约10%左右的淋巴管处于开放状态;舌体粘膜层毛细淋巴管密度大于肌层,而肌层内有腔淋巴管的平均面积及管径均比粘膜层大且具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 正常生理状况下。
Objective Inorder to obscvve lymphatic and vuscular capillaries in the fongue of mice.Method We employed a enzyme histochemical double staining technique,using 5′ nucleotidase in conjunction with alkaline phosphatase to demonstrate both lymphatic and vascular capillaries in the tongue of mice.With the aid of semiautomatic microimage analyzing apparatus,we were be able to record area number density,mean value of opening area and diameter of lymphatic capillaries both in mucosa and muscle layer.Results 10% of lymphatic capillaries in rat tongue were found to have dilated cavity in normal physical state.The density of lymphatics in mucosa is larger than that in muscle of rat tongue,however,both average area and diameter of lymphatics in the latter tissue are larger than those in the former.Conclusion Most of the lymphatic capillaries in rat tongue have no active function with collapsed cavity in normal physical state.
