摘要
通过对美国新近颁布的21 世纪初基础体育教育师资标准的分析与归纳,阐述了美国基础体育教育人才的培养、使用和管理的专业标准和基础体育教育领域的新思想、新观念,以及我们了解、学习和借鉴美国在这方面的成功经验和做法。
The standards for basic physical education teachers of the beginning of the 21st century, issued in the United States of America recently were analyzed and summed up. The training of the American basic physical education personnel, their standards of utilization and administration, the new idea and new conception in the area of basic physical education were expounded. It was also expatiated that how we understood, learned and used for reference the American successful experiences and practice in this area to accelerate the scientific decision and inspirations of administration in the aspect of basic physical education personnel training in China.
