摘要
分析了知识经济背景下探讨体育教师知识面与创造性因子构成的重要性,采用文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,就我国中学学校体育新背景下的中学体育师资素质中的教师知识面与创造性问题进行全面调查研究。调查结果显示,中学体育教师知识面因子构成主要为:1.对教育学、心理学知识的认知;2.对促进大学生身心健康的认知;3.对教学方法、教学程序、教学模式的认知。其工作创造性主要体现在:1.通过学习、实践提升自身教学质量;2.不断学习关于体育教学新理论,以指导自身体育工作。
Using literature and questionnaire method, the author does a research on quality of college physical education teachers in the idea of PE teaching and their faithful to their profession. The author finds that some college teachers keep an old ideas of PE teaching which is proved to be lag behind, and some luck of enough loyalty to their profession.
