摘要
随着教育理念和信息技术的发展,校园数字化已成为未来校园信息化发展的必然趋势。本文基于解放军理工大学实施校园信息化建设的实践,阐述了数字化校园的提出背景、数字化校园的内涵和外延,剖析了数字化校园建设需求。然后,明确了我校数字化校园建设的总体规划思想、具体内容和实施策略,提出了全面覆盖大学教学、科研、政工和后勤各业务部门的数字化校园建设目标,制定了系统集成原则,确立了总体功能结构,并给出了应用系统建设策略和具体建设内容。最后,简要说明了未来数字化校园的发展设想。:
With evalution of educational philosophy and information technologies, ＂Digital Campus＂ has been an inevitable trend of future campus informatization. In this paper, based on our practice of campus informatization in PLAUST, the backgrounds and contents of Digital Campus are introduced, and the demands for Digital Campus are analyzed. A general plan and an implementation strategy of building digital campus for higher education are proposed. The aim of the plan covers various application services, including teaching, scientific research, administration and logistics. System integration principles and functional structure are set down. In addition, polices of implementing application system and concrete construction contents are given. Finally, future development of digital campus is briefly discussed.
