摘要
研究了Co(Ⅱ)在碱性介质中催化过氧化氢氧化二溴羟基苯基荧光酮的新指示反应及影响反应速率的因素,建立了测定痕量Co(Ⅱ)的新方法。灵敏度为24×10-10g/L,测定范围为0～06×10-9g/mL。该方法可用于药物维生素B12中Co(Ⅱ)
Cobalt(Ⅱ)in NaOH(a.q.)can catalyze the decolorizing reaction resulting from the oxidation of dibromohydroxyphenylfluorone(DBH PF)by H 2O 2.A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for determining trace Co(Ⅱ) is obtained.The factors effecting the speed of reaction are investigated.The sensitivity of the method is 2.4×10 -10 g/L,the linear respondence is in the range of 0～0.6×10 -9 g/mL.The method is used to determine trace Co(Ⅱ) in vitamin B 12 samples.The average recoveries of Co(Ⅱ) added to vitamin B 12 are in the range of 98%～99%.The relative standard deviations are 1.73%～2.15%.
