摘要
研究了痕量钒(V)阻抑溴酸钾氧化二甲基黄的褪色反应, 确定了最佳反应条件, 建立了一种光度测定痕量钒(V)的新方法.结果表明, 方法的检出限为2.3×10-10g/mL, 线性范围为0.40-4.0μg/L.用于化学试剂中痕量钒(V)的测定,结果满意.
A new inhibitory spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace vanadium (V) has been proposed. The method is based on the inhibitory effect of vanadium (V) on the oxidation of dimetheyl yellow by potassium bromate.Under the experimental optimum conditions,the linear dynamic range of this method is 0.40-4.0μg/ L, the detection limit is 2.3×10-10g/mL. The method has been used to determine trace vanadium(V) in tea and human hair samples with satisfactory results.
