摘要
本文采用ＮＢＴ 法，利用７２１ 分光光度计，在ｐＨ＝ ７．８ 的条件下，测定了前文所合成的含Ｎ、Ｏ 和Ｓ的Ｓｃｈｉｆｆ碱及其铜（Ⅱ）、锌（Ⅱ）配合物催化Ｏ－２ 歧化的活性，并探讨了平均抑制率与浓度的关系。
The catalytic activity of the model complexes of Cu,Zn SOD in disproportionation of O - 2 were determined by NBT method at pH=7.8 by using 721 spectrophotometer.The relationship between the arerage inhibition rate to O - 2 and the concentration of the complexes has also been tested.
