摘要
针对梳棉机产量不断提高导致其锡林针布负荷增加、梳理度下降的问题,详细介绍了"T"形齿锡林针布的设计思想、型号、工艺要求及其性能特点,结合"T"形齿锡林针布配套不同刺辊、盖板、道夫针布,纺长绒棉和细绒棉进行生条质量试验,深入探讨了其梳理工艺效果。指出:"T"形齿锡林针布的应用可大幅降低生条结杂,提高生条结杂清除率;明显降低生条短绒增长率;改善生条条干CV值、棉网清晰度和纤维平行伸直度。
As to the problems of the loading increase of the cylinder card clothing with poor carding effecien- cy resulting from the increase of the production, details introduction is made to the cylinder card clothing with T Profile wires as to the design thinking, specifications, process requirement, and the performance. Comprehensive approach is made into the carding process effect of the cylinder card clothing with T profile wires equipped with varieties of card clothings of takers-in,flats and doffers in spinning of the long-staplecotton and fine staple cotton as to the quality of the card sliver.Conclusion is made that application of the cylinder card clothing with T profile wires can significantly re- duce impurities of the card sliver with good impurity removal rate,consequently with marked reduction of the short fiber increase and with good CV value of the card sliver,cotton web clearance and fiber striaght- ness.
