摘要
在非织造布生产中,干法生产工艺要求必须对纤维进行梳理,非织造布梳理设备所采用的多是金属针布。对于金属针布对纤维的作用机理和实际生产中针布的配置原则进行了讨论。
The fibres should be carding on the carding machine in nonwovens producting process. Now the carding equipment always adapts metal card clothing. The article mainly discusses mechanism of action of card clothing and scheme principle of card clothing in factual production.
