摘要
本文介绍了高产梳棉机加装锡林前、后固定盖板的国内外情况。经对固定盖板的工艺效果分析后认为,肯定前固定盖板有一定的整理分析作用,对提高分梳,调节道夫棉网转移,提高棉网质量有一定效果;后固定盖板虽有一定的预分梳作用,但对纤维有损伤作用,为减少对纤维损伤,后固定盖板与锡林隔距应放大至0.5mm左右。并建议前后固定盖板在针密上应作适当调整。
In light of a broad analysis on the technological effects of front- and back-stationary flats of
cylinders of high production cards home and abroad, the paper elucidates that front-stationary
flat plays a positive role in carding and finishing action, i. e. web migration to doffer and web
uniformity; and that back-stationary flat, though function well in pre-carding action, is detri-
mental to the fibre. To mitigate fibre tendering, gauge between back-stationary flat and the
cylinder is suggested to be about 0. 5mm and pin density of front- and back-stationary flats to be
appropriately readjusted.
