电位滴定法测定盐酸苯乙双胍含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立环保便捷的盐酸苯乙双胍含量的电位滴定方法。方法采用Mettler Toledo DL53电位滴定仪、Mettler DG113-GC电极。以20mL冰醋酸和20mL醋酐为溶剂进行电位滴定。结果盐酸苯乙双胍取样量在0.06~0.14g范围内。线性良好,r=0.9999(n=5),中间精密度为0.34%,稳定性试验和重复性试验的RSD均小于0.5%。结论该方法适于盐酸苯乙双胍原料的含量测定。 OBJECTIVE To establish an environmental and convenient method for determination of phenformin hydrochloride.METHODS The potentiometric titration was performed on Mettler Toledo DL53 and Mettler DG113-GC using 20mL glacial acetic acid and 20mL acetic anhydride as solvent. RESULTS The linear range of weight was 0.06-0.14g(r= 0.9999, n= 5), inter space accuracy was 0.34%, the RSD of stability experiment and repeatability experiment were less than 0.5 %. CONCLUSION This method was suitable for the determination of phenformin hydrochloride.
