摘要
目的:电位滴定仪测定壳聚糖脱乙酰度的方法并对不同测定方法进行比较。方法:运用电位滴定法和酸碱滴定法。结果:不同方法的准确度和精密度差异无统计学意义。结论:电位滴定方法和酸碱滴定法均适用于测定壳聚糖脱乙酰度。
Objective : To determine the deacetylation degree of chitosan by potentiometric titration and acid-base titration to compare the results. Method: Potentiometrie titration and acid-base titration were used in the determination of deaeetylation degree of chitosan. Result: The precision and accuracy of the two methods showed no significant difference. Conclusion: Both automatic potentiometric titration and acid-base titration are suitable for the quantitative determination of deacetylation degree of chitosan.
