摘要
目的:电位滴定仪测定壳聚糖脱乙酰度的方法并对不同测定方法进行比较。方法:运用电位滴定法和酸碱滴定法。结果:不同方法的准确度和精密度差异无统计学意义。结论:电位滴定方法和酸碱滴定法均适用于测定壳聚糖脱乙酰度。
Objective ： To determine the deacetylation degree of chitosan by potentiometric titration and acid-base titration to compare the results. Method： Potentiometrie titration and acid-base titration were used in the determination of deaeetylation degree of chitosan. Result： The precision and accuracy of the two methods showed no significant difference. Conclusion： Both automatic potentiometric titration and acid-base titration are suitable for the quantitative determination of deacetylation degree of chitosan.
