摘要
用离子选择电极法测定注射用头孢他啶中碳酸钠的含量。方法 :采用 Mettler Toledo MA2 35 /p H离子计及 Nernst钠离子选择电极 ,根据 Nernst方程 ,钠离子的电位与其浓度 (活度 )的对数成线性的关系 ,通过简单的电位测量 ,由钠离子标准工作曲线直接测得注射用头孢他啶中钠离子的浓度。结果 :该方法的最大误差约 6 % ,精密度 (RSD)为 1.0 7% ,线性工作范围为 10 - 2~ 10 - 3mol/ L。本方法与原子吸收分光光度法的测定结果一致。结论 :离子选择电极法简便、经济、快速、准确 ,易于推广 。
Objective: An ion selective electrode method is developed for determination of sodium carbonate in ceftazidime for injection. Methods: Experiments were performed on Mettler Toledo MA235/pH Ion Analyzer with a sodium ion selective electrode. The sodium ion concentration in ceftazidime for injection solution could be obtained from the concentration plot according to Nernst equation by determining potential of the solutions. Results: The maximun error of the method was 6%, the RSD was 1.07% and the linearity used for determination was 10 -2 ~10 -3 mol/L. The result of sodium ion selective electrode was consistent with the results of atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Conclusion: The method is simple, economic, rapid and accurate which can replace the method of atomic absorption spectrophotometer for control of the content of sodium carbonates in ceftazidime for injection.
