摘要
大学生就业问题己成为全社会普遍关注的问题。作为教育培养的实施者,学校的办学定位、专业的培养目标,教学计划的实施以及进一步完善培养方式,对提升大学生的综合素质,改善和提高大学生的就业竞争力就显得更为重要了。综合分析了相关文献中影响大学生就业竞争力的评价指标,结合信息管理与信息系统专业的特点,从专业能力、综合素质和个人能力3方面构建了信息管理与信息系统专业毕业生就业竞争力评价指标体系,利用层次分析法及专家问卷调查,给出了大学生就业竞争力各评价指标的权重,最后通过权重排序结果,对学生就业竞争力各指标情况进行了分析,为进一步评价学生就业竞争力和进一步指导学生就业工作提供一定的理论参考和借鉴。
Today,the employment of college graduates has become a common concern issue of the whole society.A college or university is the entity of educational implementer,its orientation,professional educational objectives,the implementation of curriculums and improvement of education models has become more and more important to improve graduate comprehensive qualities and their employment competitiveness.Here,by combination to the characteristics of information management and information system specialty,and from the points of graduate specialty abilities,comprehensive qualities and their employment competitiveness aspects,it analyzed and constructed graduate's employability competitiveness metrics,and then using AHP tool and expert survey to listed out the corresponding weights for each index;finically,according to the sorting results with weight,it analyzed all indices of the metrics to provide some guidelines and reference to the student employment and evaluation of students competitive abilities.
