摘要
大学生是未来就业市场和创业的生力军,提高大学生的就业和创业能力是切实保障就业创业体制机制顺利运行的重要前提。目前我国高校的创业教育正逐步开展,发展势头迅猛,但仍然停留在以引进西方先进教育理念的创业基础教育上,既不完全符合国情,又更需要创业教育理论和实践的深入和创新。以沈阳师范大学科信软件学院本科生作为研究主体,从学生生涯发展的视角,对IT类大学生创业生态系统进行研究,以创业生态系统相关概念、特征、运行机制和控制等内容为研究切入点,构建动态创业生态系统模型。以两阶段的动态创业生态系统模型为基础,分析模型各构成要素对大学生创业活动的影响及相互关系,界定各构成要素主体在不同阶段起到的不同引导和刺激作用,旨在对国内高校大学生创业教育和创业实践提供借鉴和指导作用。
Undergraduates would dominate the job market and entrepreneurship force in the future. To improve university students＇ employment ability and entrepreneurial ability are two important prerequisites for keeping entrepreneurship system running smoothly. At present, the enterprise education in Chinese universities unfolded gradually. But it still remains introducing the western enterprise education courses, it is far away from the reality of the situation of Chinese education. In this article, firstly, we research the Information Technology （IT） undergraduates who come from the Shenyang Normal University Software Institute entrepreneurship system from undergraduates＇ career development perspective. Then the dynamic entrepreneurship system model is built on the basis of the studying the entrepreneurship system related concepts, characteristics, operation mechanism and control. Finally, this paper analyzes the components of the model which is based on the two-stage dynamic entrepreneurship system model impacts of undergraduates entrepreneurial activitie~ and mutual relation and defines the model components in different stages have different guide and stimulation. The object of this artiele is providing references and guidance for the Chinese undergraduates＇ entrepreneurship education and practice.
