摘要
目的观察耳穴贴压对恶性肿瘤化疗引起呕吐及止吐药所致便秘的临床疗效。方法将47例患者随机分为治疗组27例与对照组20例。治疗组在应用5-HT3受体拮抗剂基础上进行穴位贴压,对照组应用5-HT3受体拮抗剂并进行耳部非穴位压贴。结果治疗组治疗急性呕吐治疗总有效率和延迟性呕吐总有效率分别为44.4%和63.0%,对照组分别为15.0%和25.0%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗组用药后24 h内和用药24～48 h内便秘发生率分别为29.6%和25.9%,对照组分别为60.0%和60.0%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压能有效减轻或消除恶性肿瘤化疗引起的呕吐反应,且能减少患者因应用5-HT3受体拮抗剂造成的便秘。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of auricular point plaster therapy for malignant tumor chemotherapy-induced vomiting and antiemetic-induced constipation.Methods Forty-seven patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 27 cases and a control group of 20 cases.The treatment group was given 5-HT3 receptor antagonists and auricular point bean plaster therapy and the control group,5-HT3 receptor antagonists and non-auricular point bean plaster therapy as a placebo.Results The total efficacy rates in acute vomiting and delayed vomiting were 44.4% and 62.9%,respectively,in the treatment group and 15.0% and 25.0%,respectively,in the control group.There were statistically significant differences in both between the two groups（P0.05,P0.01）.The incidence of constipation was 29.6% within 24 hrs and 25.9% within 48 hrs after medication in the treatment group and 60.0% within both 24 and 48 hrs after medication in the control group.There were statistically significant differences in both between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions Auricular point plaster therapy can relieve or eliminate malignant tumor chemotherapy-induced vomiting and reduce the incidence of constipation caused by administering 5-HT3 receptor antagonists to the patients.
