摘要
目的:观察艾灸足三里治疗顺铂所致迟发性呕吐的临床效果。方法:10 0例患者随机分A、B两组各5 0例,A组(治疗组) :枢星3mg + 0 .9%NS2 0ml化疗前30minivd1～3 +艾灸足三里d1～7;B组(对照组) :枢星3mg + 0 .9%NS2 0ml化疗前30minivd1～3 ,观察化疗后7d内呕吐情况。结果:A组控制迟发性呕吐的有效率明显高于B组(P <0 .0 5 )。结论:艾灸足三里治疗顺铂所致迟发性呕吐疗效好、经济、方便。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect on moxibusion at zusanli point treating delayed vomiting caused by Cisplatin.Methods:The patients were divided into two grups(A and B)randomly.Group A was treated by gronisetron(Shuxing)3mg iv d 1～3 30min before chemotherapy and was given moxibusion at zusanli point d 1～7 ;Goup B was treated by gronisetron(Shuxing) 3mg iv d 1～3 30min before chemotherapy.After chemotherapy the anti-vomiting effect was obvervsed for a week.Results:The effective rate of controlling delayed vomiting was obviously higher in group A (P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibusion at zusanli point was proved to be not only a safe and effective but also economical and convenient way to treat delayed vomiting caused by Cisplatin.
