摘要
用3个新培育的中国“双低”油菜与加拿大“卡诺拉”的商品粕测定了猪的氨基酸回肠表现消化率和真消化率。结果表明，加工方式不当可能是造成中国双低莱粕品质低于加拿大卡诺拉粕的原因。
Three newly developed Chinese double low rapeseed meal samples and one Canadian canola meal were studied for the apparent and true ileal digestibility of amino amino acids in pigs. The results suggested that the qualities of Chinese double low meal samples be lower than that of Canadian canola because of the consequences of inproper processing.
