摘要
研究结果表明:越冬期间枝条内总含水量的变化呈下降一上升趋势,易抽条的砧穗组合枝条内总含水量下降幅度大,回升时间晚,变异系数大;束缚水含量变化呈上升一下降趋势,易拍条的砧穗组合枝条内下降幅度大,变异系数高,束缚水与自由水的比值低。离体条件下枝条失水速率、失水率与抽条无相关性。最后提出了评价不同矮化中间砧越冬能力的水份指标。
The experiment was carried out with Red Fuji young apple grafted on different dwarf interstocks. The results showed that change trendency of total water contents in the shoots during winter was decreasing to increasing, but bound water contents was from increasing to decreasing. The total water contents in the shoots of trees that was easy to shrivell decreased dramatically, increased late and had higher index of variation. The bound water contents in it was similar to the total water contents, and the ratio of bound water contents to free water contents was low. The water loss rate of the shoots cut out of trees had no relationship with the shoot shrivelling. At last the water index to evaluate capacity of overw intering for different dwarf interstocks was given.
