Study on Cold-resistance Characteristics of Prunus domestical L.

摘要 以一年生休眠期枝条为材料,测定了两个栽培李品种和四个野生欧洲李单株在不同低温处理下的电解质渗出率。结果表明:供试单株枝条的电解质渗出率(REC)均随着处理温度的降低而呈"S"形曲线增长。在-24~-28℃之间随着温度的下降,野生欧洲李枝条的电解质渗出率有一急剧升高的区域。采用Logistic方程对实验数据进行分析,野生欧洲李的半致死温度(LT50)在-25.6~-28.6℃之间;供试单株的抗寒力由强到弱依次为野生欧洲李4>野生欧洲李2>野生欧洲李3>野生欧洲李1;野生欧洲李的抗寒性低于酸梅,低于对照品种寺田实生李。 The cold-resistance of 1-year dormant branches collected from two kinds of plums and four kinds of Prunus domestical L. was tested in this paper. The results showed that leakage ratio of electrolyte increased like "S" curve concomitant with a decrease of temperature. It was a sensitive area where leakage ratio of electrolyte increased sharply when the temperatures decreased from -24 ℃ to -28℃. By the means of the relative electric conductivity (REC) to Logistic equation, the conclusion is as follows: Semi-lethal temperature (LT50) of Prunus domestical L. is between -25.6 ℃ and -30.6 ℃ The cold resistance of 4 plum species was in ordinal of Prunus domestical L.IV〉 Prunus domestical L.II〉 Prunus domestical L.III〉 Prunus domestical L. I. The cold-resistance of Prunus domestical L. is lower than Prunus domestica and Terada.
