摘要
通过对从台湾省引进的细鳞种和粗鳞种番荔枝叶片在不同低温胁迫下的生理生化指标的测定,来探讨番荔枝的耐寒性与能忍受的临界低温.结果表明:2个品种番荔枝忍受低温的临界温度为1℃;低温持续时间对临界低温有影响,细鳞种番荔枝于3℃处理18 h的相对电渗率与1℃处理6 h的相近;细鳞种番荔枝束缚水和自由水的比值、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量均高于粗鳞种番荔枝,其耐寒性略强于粗鳞种番荔枝.
The physio-biochemical indexes of the leaves of two introduced cultivars of annonaceae (Annona squamosal L. ) from Taiwan Province was tested under different low temperature stress to detect their cold tolerance and critical low temperature. The result showed that the critical low temperature of annonaceae was 1 ℃, affected by the duration of low temperature. The relative electrolyte leakage rate of variety Xilin treated at 3 ℃ for 18 hours was approximate with that treated at 1℃ for 6 hours. Variety Xilin's ratio of bound water to free water, soluble protein and soluble sugar mass fraction were higher than the other variety Chulin, and so was its cold resistance.
