摘要 目的:分析胡颓子科植物沙棘挥发油化学成分组成。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱法对其进行定性和定量分析。结果:共分离出60个峰,并且确认了其中46个化合物。其中含量较多的有Z-7-十六酸(40.72%),棕榈酸(38.79%)及肉豆蔻酸(3.12%)。结论:本研究为沙棘的进一步开发利用提供了科学依据。 Objective: The chemical components of essential oil from Hippophae rhamnoides were analyzed by GC-MS. Methods: Essentialoil was extracted by steam distillation (SD). The chemical components of essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS. Results: The chemical components in the oil were quantitatively analyzed by GC-MS. 60 components were separated and 46 components were identied. The main components were z-7-hexadecenoie acid (40.72 %), n-hexadecanoic acid (38.79 %) and tetradecanoic acid (3. 12 %). Conclusion. This study can provide science base for further research development of Hippophae rhamnoides.
