摘要
目的:研究新疆地产植物野蔷薇、黑加仑、沙枣、巴旦杏提取物对人肝癌细胞的抑制作用。方法:将野蔷薇、黑加仑、沙枣、巴旦杏分别分为高、中、低剂量组(10-1、10-2、10-3g/ml),另设阳性(顺铂)对照组、阴性对照组(含同一细胞密度的培养液)、溶剂对照组(7.5%甘油),在人肝癌细胞中加入不同剂量浓度的受试物,分别于24、48、72 h在倒置显微镜下观察肿瘤细胞的生长情况,通过MTT比色法测定OD值。结果:与阴性对照组比较,野蔷薇高剂量和黑加仑72 h、沙枣和巴旦杏48 h对肿瘤细胞QCY-7404的抑制作用最强,野蔷薇和黑加仑的抑瘤作用随时间的延长而加强,而沙枣和巴旦杏的抑瘤作用与时间没有依赖关系。结论:野蔷薇、黑加仑、沙枣和巴旦杏提取物高剂量对肿瘤细胞QCY-7704有明显的抑制作用。
A Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of human liver cancer cell by extractions from Xinjiang area plants multiflora rose, black current, narrow-leaved oleaster, almond tree. Methods: There were high, middle and low dosage groupe (10 ^-1 , 10^-2, 10^-3g/ml), positive (cis platinum) control group, negative control group (including identical cell density nutrient fluid), solvent control group (7.5% glycerine) ,adds the different density of the dosage to the human liver cancer cell and keep in 24 h, 48 h and 72 h, separately. Then the situations of the tumor cell growth under the inverted microscope werd observed and the OD values through the MTT colorimeter were recorded. Results: The high dose (10 ^-1 g/L) of the multiflora rose and black current which keep in 72 h, the black current and the amygdalus communis which keep in 48 h were the best to suppress the tumor cell of QCY-7404, compare the ends with the negative control group, at the same time its OD value respectively were: 0. 196±0. 030, 0. 156±0. 021, 0. 243± 0. 024, 0. 377±0. 022 respectively (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Multiflora rose, black current, narrow-leaved oleaster, almond tree extraction have obvious effects to inhibit the growth of the tumor cell QCY-7704.
