摘要
目的 :观察沙棘提取物抗 Wistar老龄鼠衰老作用。方法 :给老龄 Wistar鼠灌胃沙棘提取物 ,2 5 d后 ,用化学法测定其血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶 (GSH- Px)及脂质过氧化物(LPO)的水平 ;用荧光法测定其大脑皮质脂褐素 (L ipofusin)含量。结果 :实验组灌胃沙棘提取物与对照组比较 ,大鼠体内 L PO、L ipofusin含量明显下降 ;SOD、GSH- Px活力明显提高。结论
Objective:To observe the effect of Buckthron extract on anti aging in old wistar rats. Methods:After 25 day feeding,we detected the level of LPO,SOD,GSH Px in the serum and the Lipofusin in the cerebral cortex.Results:The experiment group produced markedly decreased LPO and Lipofusin and produced markedly improved activity of SOD and GSH Px,compared with the control group.Conclusion:The Buckthron extract could decrease the lipid peroxidation in the rats.
