PPI三联疗法联合双歧三联活菌制剂对幽门螺杆菌感染的消化性溃疡的疗效观察 被引量：14

摘要 目的:观察PPI三联疗法联合双歧三联活菌制剂对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的消化性溃疡的疗效。方法:Hp感染的消化性溃疡66例,随机分为2组,治疗组给予PPI三联疗法(奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+甲硝唑),同时联合双歧三联活菌制剂治疗;对照组给予上述PPI三联治疗,两组均治疗2周,观察两组治疗前后溃疡愈合情况及药物不良反应,治疗结束后4周复查14C-尿素呼气试验,观察两组Hp根除率。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组与对照组溃疡治愈率分别为79%和67%(P﹥0.05);Hp根除率分别为80%和55%(P﹤0.05);药物不良反应发生率分别为18%和54%(P﹤0.05)。结论:PPI三联疗法联合双歧三联活菌制剂在治疗Hp感染的消化性溃疡中能降低药物的不良反应,提高Hp的根除率。
