左氧氟沙星替代三联阿莫西林治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡临床疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的探究并分析左氧氟沙星替代三联阿莫西林治疗幽门螺杆菌(hp)阳性胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取该院自2008年5月—2010年5月收治的幽门螺杆菌感染引起的胃溃疡患者100例,将其作为临床研究对象。随机分为A、B两组,两组患者均为50例,A组采用左氧氟沙星的三联疗法,即为观察组;B组患者采用阿莫西林三联疗法治疗,即对照组。1周后,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果(溃疡治愈率和不良反应发生率)。结果 A组患者的治疗效果优于B组。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论含左氧氟沙星的三联疗法替代阿莫西林的三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌引起的胃溃有着很好的疗效,并且不良反应率低。值得在临床广泛推广。
