摘要
目的:探讨盐酸多西环素联合阿希米治疗生殖道解脲脲原体感染的疗效,并与单纯用盐酸多西环素治疗组进行比较。方法:观察组52例口服盐酸多西环素联合阿希米阴道用药治疗;对照组50例单纯口服盐酸多西环素治疗。两组分别于下次月经净后3天进行支原体培养,根据解脲脲原体结果判断疗效。结果:观察组解脲脲原体转阴率96.0%;对照组解脲脲原体转阴率82.7%,两组转阴率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸多西环素联合阿希米治疗生殖道解脲脲原体感染的疗效较好,值得临床推荐应用。
Objective To examine the efficacy of doxycycline hyclate enteric-coated capsules with asimi in the treatment of genitourinary ureaplasma urealyticum infections,and to compare it with the control group using doxycycline hyclate enteric-coated capsules alone.Methods 52 patients with vaginal infections using doxycycline hyclate enteric-coated capsules with asimi were compared with control group of 50 patients using doxycycline hyclate enteric-coated capsules alone.The ureaplasma from these two groups were sampled using agar plant 3 days after the due date of period,then the results were recorded according to the UU tests.Results Seroconversion rate from UU test results of the group treated with doxycycline hyclate enteric-coated capsules with asimi turned into 96.0%,while seroconversion rate from the UU test results of the control group turned into 82.7%.There was a great difference in the seroconversion rate according to the UU tests(P<0.05).Conclusion Greater efficacies in the treatment of genitourinary ureaplasma urealyticam infections are achieved by using doxycycline hyclate enteric-coated capsules with asimi compared with control group.It could be considered for clinical recommendations and applications.
