泌尿生殖道解脲脲原体药敏分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的研究泌尿生殖道解脲脲原体体外药敏情况,指导临床用药。方法采用生物梅里埃公司IST2支原体试剂盒做解脲脲原体培养及药敏。结果解脲脲原体体外敏感药物前三位是原始霉素、交沙霉素、强力霉素。耐药前二位是氧氟沙星、环丙沙星。结论在医院周边地区解脲脲原体耐药普遍。治疗其引起的泌尿生殖道疾病时,应根据药敏试验结果选择用药。如条件不许可时,首选交沙霉素或强力霉素。
