摘要
采用化学成分分析、断口分析、金相检验和力学性能测试等方法,对42CrMo钢齿轮轴断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:由于齿轮轴制造过程中的热处理工艺或方法不当,导致齿轮轴的力学性能偏低,在使用过程中发生了疲劳断裂。
By means of chemical composition analysis, fracture analysis, metallographic examination, mechanical properties testing and so on, the fracture reason of gear shaft of 42CrMo steel was analyzed. The results showed that the fatigue fracture was occurred in the gear shaft in using due to unreasonable heat treatment to reduce the mechanical properties of gear shaft.
