摘要
利用扫描电镜等设备对40Cr齿轮轴的断口形貌、金相组织进行了分析,认为40Cr齿轮轴断裂的原因是用户热处理工艺不当,造成齿轮轴出现回火脆性导致断裂。
The fracture shape and metallographic structure of 40Cr gear shaft are analyzed with scanning electron microscope. It is considered that the broken is because of customer＇s heat - treatment process not correct and so tempering brittleness brought about.
