摘要
对轴承钢中硫化物夹杂与疲劳裂纹的关系进行了分析。结果表明,裂纹起源于表层下的硫化物夹杂,然后扩展到组织偏析带内,并沿偏析带扩展,最终使轴承发生接触疲劳失效。硫化物夹杂的存在破坏了基体连续性,在应力作用下形成分离裂纹并最终导致工件失效。
The relationship between sulphide inclusion and fatigue crack in bearing steel was analysed.The results show that the crack originated from the sulphide inclusion under the surface,then propagating to segregated brand.The sulphide inclusion broke the continuity of the base structure,resulting in separation crack under stress,which led to fatigue fracture.
