摘要
在耐高温厌氧胶中添加了石墨粉末、二硫化钼、聚乙烯粉末和蓖麻油力矩调节剂,测试了厌氧胶的室温强度、热强度和高温老化强度,考察了力矩调节剂对厌氧胶破坏扭矩和平均拆卸扭矩的影响,并借助SEM探讨了力矩调节剂对厌氧胶改性的机理。添加10%的石墨、二硫化钼或聚乙烯粉末只降低厌氧胶的平均拆卸扭矩,而不会降低破坏扭矩。蓖麻油会使厌氧胶的破坏扭矩和平均拆卸扭矩都下降。以聚乙烯粉末或蓖麻油作为力矩调节剂,会降低耐高温厌氧胶的耐热性能。
The room temperature strength, heat strength and heat aging strength of high-temperature resistant anaerobic adhesive were examined which contained torque modifiers such as graphite powder, molybdenum disulfide, PE powder and castor oil. The effects of torque modifiers on breakaway torque and average torque of anaerobic adhesive were investigated. SEM was used to discuss the modification mechanism. The average torques of anaerobic adhesive decreased after the addition of 10% graphite powder, molybdenum disulfide or PE powder; however, this would not have effect on the breakaway torque. Both breakaway torque and average torque were fallen after the addition of castor oil. The heat resistance of anaerobic adhesive were degraded when used PE powder or castor oil as the torque modifier.
