摘要
石墨具有良好的润滑性和耐磨擦特性,金属和石墨的复合,是石墨应用研究的一个重要课题。本文主要讨论了表面活性剂在石墨镀铜过程中的作用。通过表面活性剂的类型、浓度和混合体系的研究,本文作者认为,表面活性剂是通过其润湿和分散作用,从而达到活化石墨表面和分散石墨粉末的目的。同时试验表明,表面活性剂混合体系,具有明显优于单一表面活性剂的性能,更有效地提高石墨粉末表面的镀铜效果,使石墨粉末以分散的颗粒形式存在,其表面完全为铜所包覆。
Graphite is a natural mineral with excellent anti-friction and lubrication. The re-search on the composite of metals and graphite is more attracted. In this paper, the perfor-mance of surfactants in the copper coating process on graphite powders is discussed. Through the analysis of varieties.concentration, and their combination of different surfac-tants on coating process.it is believed that the surfactants activate graphite surface and dis-perse graphite powders with their wetting and dispersing properties. Meanwhile, it is result-ed that the combining system of surfactants have much advantages in effectively activating graphite surfaces and dispersing graphite powders, thus making graphite powders clad with copper coatings.
