摘要
目的探讨胸水腺苷脱胺酶(ADA)、总蛋白(TP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)检测对结核性胸膜炎的诊断价值。方法奥林巴斯AU2700全自动生化仪检测ADA、TP、LDH、ALP,严格按照说明书操作。结果结核与非结核患者之间,ADA活性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TP、LDH、ALP检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ADA活性检测是判断结核性胸膜炎与非结核性胸膜炎的一个较好的指标。TP、LDH、ALP检测对判断结核性胸膜炎与非结核性胸膜炎无太大的意义。
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of detection of pleural fluid adenosine deaminase（ADA）,lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）,total protein（TP） and alkaline phosphatase（ALP） in tuberculous pleurisy.Methods Pleural fluid ADA,LDH,TP and ALP were detected by Olympus AU2700 automatic biochemical analyzer.The operation was performed strictly in accordance with the specification.Results There were statistically significant differences in ADA activity between tuberculosis patients and non-tuberculosis patients（P0.05）.No statistically significant difference was found in the detection results of TP,LDH and ALP between tuberculosis patients and non-tuberculosis patients（P0.05）.Conclusions ADA activity detection in pleural fluid is a better indicator for differential diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy and non-tuberculous pleurisy.It is not too meaningful to determine pleural fluid LDH,TP and ALP in differentiation between tuberculous pleurisy and non-tuberculous pleurisy.
